At Strikers, we never lose sight of the simple truth:
We are organizing soccer for kids.

Children play soccer because they love the game. That love must be nurtured—not overshadowed by pressure, over-coaching, or adult agendas. The joy of the game is what keeps kids coming back, and if they show talent and ambition to reach higher levels, we are here to support that growth as part of their overall development—not at the expense of it.

We believe in the value of street soccer—a model of self-directed play where kids naturally learn from one another. While today’s players benefit from better fields and equipment, that shouldn’t come with the cost of adults controlling every aspect of the experience. Structured coaching should guide, not dictate, and never rob the game of its fun.

Since launching our Challenge and Classic teams in 2008/09, Strikers has grown to over 20+ competitive teams, with many now competing at the top levels in:

• The State of North Carolina

• Regional & National club levels
